Trusted Repair Companies is a lead generation and matching service that connects homeowners with contractors. We do not perform any repair or maintenance work ourselves.

No Guarantee of Results

While we screen contractors in our network, we do not guarantee:

The quality of work performed by any contractor
Pricing or availability of contractors
That contractors will respond to your request
That you will be satisfied with any contractor's work

Any agreement you make with a contractor is between you and that contractor. We are not a party to those agreements.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information in your service requests. You are responsible for verifying any contractor's credentials, getting written estimates, and making your own hiring decisions.

Contractors

Contractors who join our network agree to maintain proper licensing and insurance, respond professionally to leads, and comply with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove contractors from our network at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Trusted Repair Companies is not liable for any damages arising from work performed by contractors in our network, disputes between homeowners and contractors, or any other issues related to services arranged through our platform.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
